- Energetic Healing
At the beginning of your first session, you will sit and talk with Sara for a few minutes so that you can have any questions answered and tell her anything you'd like for her to know.
During the session you will remain fully clothed and will usually lie face up, sometimes face down, on the massage table. All you will need to do is relax.
Sara will assess your energy fields and scan with her eyes and her hands to determine where to begin. She will place her hands in various places on and close to the body to facilitate healing, communicating with you about what she sees and senses as the session unfolds.
Sessions last one hour. After the session you may feel extremely relaxed, so you may wish to plan your day accordingly.
Over the next 2 - 3 days, the energy that has begun to move during your session will continue to move until your body has fully integrated the work done during the session. It is suggested that you drink more water than usual during the 24 hours after the session, and it can be helpful to soak for no more than 20 minutes in a warm bath of Epsom salts before bed that night.
